Checklist
Email rosie@helpforhunger.co.uk and you will be assigned a family and code. Please see below the suggested food list. In the welcome pack you will be given a suggested list of items to go in the hampers. Please follow these guidelines.
Shopping
Using your list and family details, put your hamper together in your bags for life. Make sure you use no more than 3 bags for a medium family and 4 for a large.
Labelling your hamper
Make sure you clearly label all your bags and gifts with the given code. Make sure the gifts are clearly labelled who they're for along with the given code. Gifts to be in a separate bag.
